Anri was born and raised in Berlin, Germany. He started playing classical guitar at the age of 11 and switched to electric guitar at the age 13. At the age of 17, after playing in several rock bands as a teenager, he attended Musicians Institute (MI), which sparked his interest in Jazz and improvised music.  In 2006, at the age of 21, Anri got accepted to the renowned German music conservatory Hochschule für Musik Franz Liszt Weimar. Carl

Born in the UK, Carl graduated from the Royal Academy of Music in London with First class honours. His ‘sparkling technique and amiable musicality that radiates warmth’ (Gramophone) have delighted audiences around the world. Winner of the Julian Bream Prize and the Ivor Mairants Award (for jazz on the classical guitar), his performances in a wide variety of genres are evidence of his exceptional versatility. Hiroshi

Hiroshi was born in Tokyo. He began learning the guitar when he was 13. Hiroshi moved to North Carolina, USA to begin his studies in classical guitar at Campbell University. After earning his BA in 2000, Hiroshi continued his classical guitar studies at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina. He completed his Master’s degree in 2003. In 2004 Hiroshi went back to school to further his musical studies at Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia and graduated in 2007 with a Doctorate degree in classical guitar performance. Joe was born in Illinois, USA, and spent his formative years in Raleigh, North Carolina. He graduated with top honors from Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA, USA) in 2014. Joe began playing piano from a young age and was involved with his school’s music programs on both guitar and saxophone since the age of 12. His musical talents developed through involvement in the local music scene, teaching private guitar lessons and performing in ensembles including the All-State Jazz Band, as well as his own progressive rock band. Scott was born in Canada and began playing the guitar at the age of 14 inspired by his older brother. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Humber College one of Canada’s most acclaimed musical institutions. There he studied with Canada’s highly renowned guitarist Lorne Lofsky and played in numerous ensembles owing to his highly proficient level of sight reading.
